Delete your Nabt account

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Nabt app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab and tap Delete account.
3. Choose why you're leaving.
4. Enter the code we send to your phone, then tap Delete my account.

You have 30 days to change your mind

We schedule the deletion for 30 days later and sign you out on every device. Until then your account and data stay exactly as they are.

To cancel, just sign in to the app again during those 30 days.

What we remove

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Your business details, including your commercial registration number and branches.
• Your sign-in sessions and notification settings.

What we keep

Invoices and trade records.

Can't use the app?

If you've removed the app or can't sign in, message us on WhatsApp from the phone number registered on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
